The Legal obligations of all international student are that they :

	Must seek temporary entry to India for study purposes only.
	Only undertake a course approved for international students by the Home Ministry for fultime studies.
	Be aware of likely costs in India and have the financial capacity to meet such costs.
	Be aware of the conditions relating to their admission to India for study purposes, and provide correct and current information to the Institute throughout their stay in India.

SATISFACTORY ATTENDANCE:

All overseas students must study fulltime to quality for a studentvisa. Visa regulations dictate that in order to contine studying in India, students must maintain an attendence of at least 90%. International students will be permitted to continue to study in India, Only if their attendence and progress are judged by the Institute as being satisfactory.

EXCLUSION

If you fail to comply with the By-laws of the Institute, your enrolment may be cancelled and/or you may face exclusion. The Institute will advise the Department of Immigration and Home Affairs of the name of any students whose enrolments have been cancelled and such students will normally be required to leave India.
